As the lead pastor at Cocoa First Assembly, Pastor Les has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of scripture. He has served at Cocoa First Assembly for over 20 years. He and his wife Kelly have two daughters.

Pastor Les has a heart for God and for people. He is a gifted communicator and an accomplished musician. Pastor Les is passionate about worship, outreach, relationships, discipleship, service and has a heart for the poor.

Hi, I'm Kelly and I lead the women's ministry here at CFA. We have many great opportunities for you to get involved, such as monthly meetings, weekly bible studies, annual women's conferences and so much more! There is a place here for you at CFA, I can't wait to meet you!

My name is Richard Arthurs, as a pastors kid, I  have been involved in multiple aspects of church ministry throughout my whole life. Recently my wife Devyn, and I were asked to be the youth pastors. We are focused on building connections and relationships with each student as we help guide them in their walks of life and relationship with Jesus Christ. We are excited and blessed for what God has done already and look forward to what he has in store for us as we grow.

Keith & Melissa Vincent have been involved at Cocoa First Assembly since 2019. They have a passion and calling to reach, disciple, and minister to the local church and the community of Brevard County. They are currently the Christian Education and Discipleship Directors. They also lead the NEXT Young Adults ministry and are both in the process of obtaining ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God. In 2024, they began facilitating a three-year whole-church discipleship initiative under the Bible Engagement Project. Additionally, Keith is a church board member and commander in the Royal Rangers boys ministry. Melissa is a Girls Ministries club sponsor and assists with various other ministries throughout the church. They are excited to see what God has planned for Cocoa First Assembly!
